in love and asleep
dreaming deep
wondering why we weep when we are awake
can I handle the pressure with so much at stake?
Your every shudder makes my earth quake
any time you may arise and go
leave me alone with just a note
leave me to read whatever you wrote
wondering where you decide to roam
you live like the wind and I like a stone
I prey with my pen and I write you this poem
my our love live forever etched in a timeless tome
so you may look an a book and know always the truth
I come to this world simply to serve you
to give you all that ive got is all that I greed
to fill yourself with joy is all that I plead
I am presented a purpose a reason to breath
so please consider this before your proceed
you take my life if ever you leave
my love I live with only one need
to wear my heart openly upon my sleave
